The value for money at this hotel was excellent and the room was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect, within 10 minutes of everything, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be if it had been included in the price.

We were impressed by the attention to detail and the Old World charm of the lounge, salon bar, and breakfast room. the spacious and atmospheric room with its delightful wooden floors and furnishings provided a comfortable and relaxing experience. the amenities such as the TV, safe, fridge, and wifi all worked perfectly. it was a delightful stay and excellent value for money compared to other European hotels we've stayed at.

I've stayed in my share of 5-star hotels, but this one is exceptional. Everything about the hotel is perfect - from the beautiful decor to the welcoming staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the Christmas decorations and the rare feature of a pool. The hotel's location is ideal and the building itself is stunning. a top-notch experience.

The complementary facts were generous: two waters and a chocolate. the location was pretty good, not too far from the center of the action. And the room was spacious enough to feel comfortable, even if it was not the best I have seen.

Sadly, the room was not ready until past the check-in time, which was a bummer. the staff wasn't particularly friendly either, and made us feel like they were doing us a favor by having us as guests.

Just a short walk from the market square and the famous church with Michelangelo's Madonna, guests will be in the center of it all. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The bathroom is luxurious, with a large bath and fantastic shower. The service from the staff is exceptional, with friendly and welcoming staff members. The breakfast, although a bit pricey, is worth it, with a delicious selection of pastries, fruits. The hotel also offers a cozy lounge area with an open fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Some guests have mentioned that the breakfast service can be a bit chaotic, with a lack of organization and tables not being cleared in a timely manner.

It was walking distance to all the attractions in the city, which made exploring Bruges incredibly convenient. the staff at this Small Luxury Hotel of the World were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the rooms were spacious and atmospheric, with delightful wooden floors and charming decor. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the wifi and breakfast were excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The parking area was the best we've experienced so far. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of choices including fresh fruit and pastries. The staff were attentive and classy, making our honeymoon experience truly special. The hotel had a spa and swimming pool, and the overall atmosphere was serene. It was a truly memorable stay.
