Couldn't stay longer.

We had a great experience at Du Parc in Ostend. the location was perfect, just a two-minute walk from the sea front with easy access to public transport. the staff were friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. We had a minor issue with our room, but were immediately moved to a larger and more spacious room with a sea view. the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of continental options. we were impressed with the competitive price, clean rooms, and helpful staff.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city center and only a short walk to the beach. the staff was friendly and always available to provide information and assistance, even during the night. I appreciated their helpfulness and willingness to go the extra mile. the hotel had all the necessary amenities, including a TV, internet access, and a clean bathroom.

I had some issues with my room. the single room was extremely small, and the single bed was the smallest I have ever slept on.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes away from the seafront and right on the doorstep of public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even when I had an issue with the toilet in my room. They immediately moved me to a larger and more spacious room, which was a great surprise. The breakfast was nice, with a continental style buffet. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the underground car park was convenient for those travelling by car. Additionally, the hotel's location just off the pedestrian centre of this city made it easy to explore the surrounding area, including the nearby city of Brugge.
