The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the main cobble street and the main square. The room we stayed in was huge with a high ceiling and top-notch wifi. The staff were friendly and even recommended and booked us into a restaurant for New Year's Eve, where the food was stunning. The breakfast each day was nice, with cooked options available. There was also a lovely glass extension room with comfy tables and chairs where we could enjoy tea and coffee throughout the day. The parking, although not at the hotel itself, was secure and only a 2-minute walk away, costing €8.70.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the city center. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive to our needs. We also loved the beautiful gardens surrounding the property. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel had a great location, close to everything we needed. We were able to easily explore the city center and enjoy the nearby restaurants. The room was stylish and comfortable, with a great bathroom and nice amenities. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a variety of options. we had a pleasant stay.

There was some construction work happening in the hotel grounds, which disrupted the peaceful atmosphere at times.

We had a wonderful stay at Montanus. the Garden Suite was like a royal retreat with its own sitting room and luxurious bed. the staff, especially Fredrick, went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday special. the location is perfect, close to the train station and city center. the hotel's garden restaurant is a hidden gem. We enjoyed the convenience of having great coffee in our room.

We were impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided by this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The main building was beautiful, with a cozy bar and a relaxing area to unwind. The garden room we stayed in was fantastic, with a comfortable bed, a great selection of TV channels, and a fantastic bathroom. One of the highlights for us was the warm and cozy atmosphere, which was especially inviting during our stay in December. We also appreciated the free tea and coffee throughout the day. Although we didn't have the opportunity to dine at the restaurant, it looked amazing. our experience at this hotel was excellent, and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

Great location within walking distance to major attractions and restaurants. Lovely décor and comfortable accommodation. Enjoyed the breakfast with a good selection of food and high-quality coffee.

Bedding was not up to four-star standards as the covers were crumpled and itchy to sleep in. Limited payment options with no acceptance of Maestro card which made the situation awkward.

I just stayed at Montanus for the second time and it was great. the location is perfect and the room was decent. the staff was friendly and check-in and check-out were smooth. the hotel offers a lovely sitting area both inside and in the peaceful garden, which was a nice touch. the common areas were well-maintained and there was ample off-street parking available. the service and food at the restaurant were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious too. Montanus provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location, easy to reach by car and within walking distance to the city center. Hotel facilities were excellent, including a lovely bar and beautiful gardens. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was very enjoyable.

As backpackers, we loved the quieter residential neighborhood and the easy walking distance to the center of town and train station. The staff were welcoming and did their best in a difficult situation. The outside space was perfect for relaxing with a drink. Lots of accessible secure parking, a big plus.
