The staff was excellent and very helpful, especially Abraham and Caezar. They even upgraded me to a private room when the shower in the dorm wasn't working. the hotel is located in a convenient spot, close to everything you need - food, tours, and taxis. Loved that I could easily explore the city from there.

The beds were a bit on the hard side and there was no safe in the room. nothing too special about the place.

I recently stayed at Venus Hotel for a few nights during my visit to San Ignacio. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city and close to all the restaurants and tour companies. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were basic but comfortable, and the added bonus of free access to the Midas hotel pool was great. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
