The location is great for getting around, with a grocery store, gas station, and restaurant within walking distance. The staff are very accommodating. The pool and garden tables are lovely.

The apartment complex had easy access to bus #7, which runs from Hamilton to Dockyard. The best beaches were close by, and there was a great restaurant called Swizzle Inn just a few doors down. The staff were exceedingly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to change my check-in time. The apartment was cleaned daily and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was also near a hidden beach and close to quieter beaches compared to Horseshoe Bay.

Clean, comfy rooms near great restaurant/bar Wahoo. Close walk to beach, but famous ones like Elbow 1.5mi away. Loved Henry VIII Pub & Cafe Lido. Hamilton has fab shops & art galleries, ferries to explore island. Well-maintained self-catering with nice pool. Bus ride to supermarket & local shop had essentials.

Our stay at Sandpiper Apartments was a great value for the money. The room was comfortable with good shower pressure and cozy beds. The location was perfect, with a quiet beach just across the street and convenient access to restaurants and a gas station. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay.

Lack of communication about facilities and overcharging for bus tickets.

Best aspects of my Christmas stay were the awesome location. With two beautiful beaches within walking distance and popular beaches and Hamilton just a short bus ride away, it was perfect. the bus stops right across the street and there is a popular restaurant nearby, making it convenient for dining options. Another advantage was the helpful staff who provided excellent customer service. the property had a nice small pool, provided beach towels for free, and even sold bus tickets. the wifi was great and there were many TV channels available. Having a full kitchen in the apartment was also a plus.

One downside was the issue with the charging system. It seemed that there was some miscommunication, resulting in them charging the online rate instead of the rack rates advertised at the reception.
