We stayed at this 4-star hotel in the center of town and had a delightful experience. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the main square, bars, and cafes. The hotel itself was luxurious and modern, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the viewpoint bar on the 20th floor, where we could relax with a drink while watching the sunset over the hills. The breakfast selection was ample and delicious, and the air-conditioning in the room made our nights very comfortable. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, surpassing our expectations.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Tuzla. The large and comfortable rooms were immaculately clean with all new interiors and comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the main town center and salt lakes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and most young people spoke excellent English. The viewpoint bar on the 20th floor was a great spot to have an evening drink and watch the sunset over the distant hills. The breakfast had a good selection of foods available, and the level of air conditioning made the room very comfortable for sleeping. I would highly recommend this hotel for a Tuzla city break.

During our New Year's stay, we enjoyed the amazing facilities offered by the hotel. the buffet was very good, with a wide selection and great quality of food. the location of the hotel was impressive as it provided us with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions. the staff was incredibly helpful and ensured we had a comfortable stay.

The bed we were given was not comfortable as it was actually two small beds pushed together, making it uncomfortable to get a good night's sleep. the parking system didn't work too well and we had a hard time exiting the garage due to technical errors.
