We had an exquisite time at this luxurious venue. the staff's service was impeccable, with world-class hospitability and a very pleasant atmosphere around the garden area, where we had the most delicious ceviche ever, served by the poolside snack bar. The spa centre provides an exceptional variety of massages and sauna experiences, and the outdoor swimming pool is to die for, with the most breathtaking infinity pool view I've ever seen in Brazil. Cons: the only complaint I have is that the cleaning staff was a bit too eager to clean our room frequently, though this wasn't a major issue. the overall experience compensated for it, and we enjoyed the sun loungers in the beautiful beachfront.

The staff was incredibly caring and friendly, making our xmas stay an unforgettable experience. the amazing view from the pool area left us speechless, a must-see for anyone visiting the region. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, which kept us connected to our loved ones throughout the holidays.

Although the staff was attentive, we did feel overwhelmed by their constant cleaning of our room, even when we were out. we had a great stay but suggest that these issues are addressed for future guests.

The location of this hotel is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views that you won't find anywhere else in Brazil. The pool area is especially impressive, offering a picturesque setting to relax and soak up the sun. The staff at this hotel truly go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, providing top-notch service and hospitality.

We did find that the intense cleaning of our room became a bit overwhelming at times, with staff constantly tidying up even when we were out. It would have been nice to have a bit more privacy and not feel like we were constantly being watched.

Staff is top-notch, excellent service from arrival to departure. The view from the pool is breathtaking, arguably the best in Brazil. A bit pricey, but worth every penny. Shout out to the friendly waitstaff, especially J, who went above and beyond. Best ceviche ever, unforgettable.
