The room is spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped bathroom. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The elevator can be slow, causing some inconvenience for guests in reaching their desired floor.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful mountain hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy balcony overlooking the araucaria forest. The heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation. The hotel's decor, inspired by hunting themes, added to the warm and romantic atmosphere. The surprise treats like chocolates, strawberries, and chimarrão were a delightful touch. The brunch on Sunday was a culinary delight, offering a mix of Italian, German, and Brazilian dishes. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

The breakfast was pretty decent and the hotel had a small but nice common area with a fireplace. the location was also great, close to all the main shopping areas. Oh, and they had a heated swimming pool which was a nice way to unwind after a long day of work.

I couldn't get any work done in my room because the wifi was unreliable and the walls were paper-thin, I could hear everything my neighbors were doing. the rooms also felt cramped and outdated.

This venue is a top, tier luxury hotel that fulfilled my every need. the private facilities were exceptional, with a rooftop pool and jacuzzi that provided an exclusive and serene ambiance. the Spa & wellness centre was equipped with state, of, the, art massage services, sun loungers, and a sauna that contributed to a relaxing experience. the location was also perfect, nestled within a lush garden area that provided much, needed tranquility.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the restaurant. the special diet menus were limited, and the breakfast was not as diverse as I had hoped.
