The hotel area is spacious and well-maintained with large, clean swimming pools. The restaurant staff is helpful and the food quality is excellent. The hotel is accommodating of food allergies, offering separate kitchens and clearly labeled options in the buffet. The rooms have ocean views and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a variety of options and is delicious.

This venue was an exceptional luxury experience. the welcoming atmosphere surrounded by a garden area was delightful. the highlight was the Spa Centre, where I indulged in various beauty treatments and a relaxing massage. the fitness centre, sauna and steam room were perfect for unwinding. I also relished in the delicious dishes from the restaurant, especially the special diet menus on offer. The exclusivity of private facilities at the outdoor swimming pool and the beach access made the stay memorable. Cons: the Aqua Park at this hotel was somewhat small in comparison to other luxury venues. the staff could have been a bit more attentive at the Jacuzzi, but this was a minor issue as the service elsewhere was exceptional.

The beach was beautiful, and the waves were perfect for surfing. the drinks were cheap, and happy hour was an added bonus.

The room was dirty with a stinky bathroom. the staff had poor customer service, and some were unhelpful.
