The pool area was spacious and inviting, with plenty of seating. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was a pleasant surprise with hot water. The bar also served delicious food, and the whole place had a sociable and chilled vibe. a great spot for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a pool table and swimming pool that provided great entertainment. The restaurant and bar area was a nice addition, and I enjoyed having a drink while playing pool. The cleanliness of the room and sheets was impeccable, and I appreciated the air-conditioned room with two spacious beds and a private bathroom. The hotel's location was perfect, with a good distance from the main attractions like the riverside and night market, allowing me to easily explore the city on foot.

base villa exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in phnom penh. the clean room and bathroom, along with the free tuk tuk service from the bus, made for a secure and convenient stay. the bar and pool area was a great place to relax and the food was tasty and reasonably priced.

As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the spacious and comfortable bed, as well as the accessibility of the shower and clean bathroom. The pool and loungers were ideal for relaxation. my recent stay in phnom penh was amazing, but base villa made it even better! the pool was refreshing and the outdoor bar area was a nice touch. although the pool area was shaded, it was a relief from the hot weather. being able to choose the music from their spotify was a fun bonus, despite some interesting choices from other guests.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely hostel with a great atmosphere. the staff were incredibly friendly and the service was top-notch. the pool was a much-needed escape from the hot weather, and we enjoyed playing pool on the cool pool table. the coffee at Base Villa was exceptional - it's hard to find a good americano in Cambodia. the breakfast was superb, and the facilities were perfect. We found it to be excellent value for money, and our room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony. the location was ideal, with everything within close proximity.

The value for money was excellent, with reasonably priced breakfast and drinks. The location was convenient, not too far from everything. The staff went above and beyond to help us retrieve a forgotten item and were extremely attentive and friendly.

The only thing that could have been better was the menu for breakfast, which could have had more vegetarian options.
