We had a wonderful stay at a beautifully decorated hotel with excellent and extremely friendly staff. the family apartment was spacious with two large, atmospheric bedrooms and a living room with a small kitchen. the outside room doors opened straight onto the swimming pool, which was perfect for our children. the hotel had a lovely colonial atmosphere and was situated on a nice local street with restaurants and a large supermarket around the corner. the staff were always helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We felt like highly appreciated guests.

We loved the friendly staff who made us feel at home, and the airport pickup with our own tuk tuk was a great start to our stay. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette, perfect for our family. The pool area was beautiful and not crowded, and we enjoyed the bathtub on the balcony. The hotel also offered free tuk tuk rides to the nearby center, which was convenient.

Spent Christmas at this wonderful hotel and had a great time! Loved the complimentary cold towel and welcome drink upon arrival. the hotel was in a perfect location, just a short walk from the main attractions and the staff were always happy to help with anything we needed. the rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfy. We also enjoyed the huge pool and the yummy food at the restaurant.

Although we had a lovely stay, the breakfast menu was quite limited and slightly overpriced compared to other options in the area. the outdoor hot tub was unfortunately too dirty for us to use, which was a bit of a letdown.

The staff were absolutely amazing, always resolving any issues with lightning speed. The fish and chips were out-of-this-world delicious, we couldn't get enough! The warm greetings and constant smiles made us feel truly welcomed. The premier family suite with pool view was perfect for our family, and the lap pool was a great size. The hotel's free tuk tuk service and convenient location provided both peacefulness and easy access to the city center. The spacious room with a hot tub on the balcony was breathtaking. it was the best place we've stayed in Southeast Asia, with friendly staff, amazing rooms, and great amenities like free Wi-Fi and a fitness center. Definitely recommend!

We had the most amazing experience at Cambana Residence. Jumping into the pool right from our bedroom was absolutely incredible. The spacious living room provided the perfect spot for cozy evenings. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The free pickup from the bus station and the excellent laundry service were definite highlights. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the tuk-tuk driver provided by the hotel was fantastic. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

It was also convenient as it was closer to the airport compared to other hotels downtown. Getting to the city center was easy from this hotel.
