The property was clean and beautifully decorated, with two pools including a stunning rooftop infinity pool. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, organizing all of our tours with perfection. The New Year's gathering was amazing, and the staff showed flexibility and kindness by allowing us a late check-out and use of their services. the staff provided exceptional service and we were sad to say goodbye.

The basic rooms were not suitable for a family, as they were not connecting or even located next to each other. The management charged us a significant fee to move to a connecting room with only one bathroom.

The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities, including two pools and beautiful artwork. It was conveniently located close to the ANGKOR temples and the downtown area of this city. The breakfast had a good choice of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had such a wonderful experience at Cyclo D'Angkor Boutique. When we arrived in the morning with no plans, the front desk staff went above and beyond to arrange tours for us, even providing an English-speaking tour guide and tuk tuk driver. The hotel staff members were incredible, always friendly and helpful. The hotel itself had a calming and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful plants, local art, and comfortable sofas. We also loved the rooftop bar and pool with stunning views. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for accessing Angkor Wat.

The location of the hotel is particularly convenient, as it is just a short drive to the bustling Pubstreet and within walking distance of the National Museum. Additionally, it is close to the park and very close to the city center. The rooms are well-appointed, with interesting baths and comfortable beds. The staff provides great service, with special mention to Chhorvy who is always pleasant and helpful. The hotel also offers a variety of breakfast options and has beautiful pools with waterfall features.

I recently stayed at this place and it exceeded my expectations. The location was great for accessing the sites, and I was able to get to Pub Street quickly by Tuk Tuk. The service here was top-notch, from the room service to the tour assistance. The staff, especially the receptionists, were very friendly and accommodating.

Convenient location near Angkor Wat and the market. Two swimming pools, one on the rooftop. Beautifully decorated room for our wedding anniversary surprise. Lovely and extremely helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

Had a pleasant city stay with great complementary breakfast and free swimming pool towels. the hotel’s proximity to the heart of the city and affordable tuk-tuk ride rates enabled us to get around the city and see the sights conveniently. the serene decor and ambiance plus the friendly staff were also a plus.

The room layout could be better, as it felt cramped and lacking in natural light at times. the shower setup wasn't very user-friendly and took some getting used to.

We were warmly greeted by the staff, all of whom spoke English fluently. the hotel facilities were great and definitely worth the money. the free airport pickup and bicycle service made exploring the town a breeze. It was a truly excellent choice for our trip!
