Fabulous Stay!

A fantastic hotel only a short drive from pub street and close to explore the temples easily. Beautiful, comfortable, and large rooms, with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The staff are lovely - they can not do enough for you! Highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent service, delicious breakfast, convenient location for Angkor Wat tour, free airport pick-up, well-appointed rooms, outstanding bathroom. Comfortable beds, warm pool, great spa treatments, helpful staff. Beautiful Christmas display at entrance. Private check-in floor, extra bed arranged, helpful guest relations manager for tour options. Incredible Tuk-Tuk driver, friendly staff, spacious bathrooms, lovely poolside facility. Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes

Had a nice weekend at this hotel. Room was spacious and clean and had good facilities. There were complementary drinks and snacks provided in the room and even a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby attractions. the hotel was also conveniently located near many restaurants and shops.

The staff was not very attentive and seemed indifferent towards our needs. the breakfast buffet was also disappointing with limited options and often ran out of food.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is close to downtown and the old market. This makes it convenient for exploring the city and experiencing local culture. Additionally, it is not far from the livelier Pub Street area, for those seeking some nightlife. The rooms are beautifully designed, with tranquil and inviting decor. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a delicious spread, including local cuisine and homemade jams. The hotel also offers facilities such as a pool and spa for relaxation.

The hotel could improve on ironing services, as there was an issue with ironing jeans that shouldn't have been ironed.

We had a fantastic stay at The Privilege Floor. The cocktail evenings on the privilege floor were a highlight of our trip. The staff, especially Sokman, made them great fun. Having breakfast up there was a nice and quiet option. The included driver, Mr Mojo, was kind and helpful, and our tour guide Sam was very knowledgeable. Alex was also extremely helpful and organized a lovely dinner for us outside the hotel.

Felt cared for, no complaints at all.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to fulfill my requests. the hotel's location was perfect, and the food was of high quality, even better than the restaurants in the popular Pub Street area. the value for money was excellent, and I particularly want to thank Alex, our guest relations contact, for his attentive service. the friendly and helpful staff, including Judy, Sokhem, Shy, and Dara. the English-speaking guide, Picheth, provided informative and tailored tours. the hotel itself was incredible, with top-notch facilities like the impressive gym. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Siem Reap.
