We got great value for our money with our extra large room that felt more like a mini house. The location was lovely, just a short walk from the main strip, and we even saw elk outside our bedroom window in the morning. The staff at this family-run hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more options available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient and we were able to explore the area easily. The location was perfect, being within walking distance to the town center and providing easy access to the beautiful surrounding nature. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and making our stay enjoyable.

We had an amazing stay at the Boutique Inn! The staff, location, and facility were all fantastic. It truly felt like a home away from home. We loved the short 5-minute walk to the main street. The lounge area and kitchen were cozy and convenient. The continental breakfast was great, and we appreciated the use of the communal fridge and full kitchen. Lee, Becky, Tanja, and Jess were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

This hotel was a great find for our stay in Banff. The rooms were quite small, but adequate and clean & comfortable. The breakfast was incredible, with homemade baked goods and healthy options like fresh fruit, toast, yogurt, cereal. The attention to detail and basic amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

I had the most amazing stay at this charming inn. The location was perfect, right beside the river and especially so close to downtown. I loved waking up to the beautiful view of the Bow River bridge, it was perfect for capturing memorable photos. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The tastefully designed breakfast/library/sitting room added a cozy touch to my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Being surprised by a noisy neighboring room. It would have been helpful to have known in advance if children were allowed in the inn, as it is typically intended for couples.
