My recent stay in Banff was outstanding! The hotel was in the perfect location, right in the middle of all the action but tucked away for peace and quiet. With fantastic restaurants, lively bars, and top tourist attractions almost at my fingertips, I couldn't have been happier. The room I stayed in was well-equipped and clean, and the staff provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. I especially enjoyed starting my day with the delicious breakfast served on-site.

One minor downside was that the carpets were showing some mild wear and tear.

Helpful staff provided dining recommendations. Reasonable room price with complementary parking before/after check-in/out. Convenient underground parking with spray car wash.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the centre of the village, making it very easy to explore the area. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, and the rooms were well-maintained. Despite not being too pricey, it was clear that this hotel paid attention to detail.

Great location, close to downtown and various restaurants. Complimentary car wash service was a nice touch. the heated pool in the hotel's pool area was awesome, especially during winter.

While the bed wasn't exactly to my taste, my girlfriend loved it and found it very comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, and the evening lounge was a fantastic place to unwind after a busy day. The room was clean and cozy, making it a pleasant stay overall.

We had a fantastic Christmas getaway in Banff. The hotel's great location allowed us to easily explore the town. The staff were helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed a delicious Christmas dinner at the onsite restaurant. The rooms, though older in style, were spacious and comfortable. The price was reasonable for the holiday season. The wifi was reliable and the buffet breakfast offered a good variety. The steam room, jacuzzi, and indoor pool were a nice bonus. We would happily stay here again.

The Easter basket with chocolates in the room was a nice touch and the complimentary popcorn in the lobby was a hit with the kids. the location was fantastic, close to all the action. the secure underground parking was a great convenience.

The Wifi was not free and the water pressure in the sinks was low. not the best experience.

The location of this hotel was brilliant, just one block away from the main street of the town. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the shops and restaurants in Banff. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage, which was really useful. it was a reasonable place to stay for the price.

All was good, no complaints or issues during our stay.
