This hotel is in a great location, away from the busy tourist area. It's close to everything, with a bus stop nearby. The rooms are comfortable and clean, perfect for a family of four. The pool area is fantastic, with a tree and outdoor look but indoors. The staff is excellent and friendly.

There was an issue with surprise charges and lack of communication about fees and taxes.

best western exceeded our expectations during our cycling trip to niagara falls. the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the pool and spa facilities were excellent.

We were upgraded to a room by the pool. As a couple traveling without children, we initially thought it wouldn't be an upgrade for us. However, the room turned out to be much nicer than the one we switched to in a quieter area. The breakfast at the attached restaurant was excellent, with four delicious options to choose from. The hotel's attention to little details, like providing wet clothing bags at the pool, was impressive. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and great breakfast.

This place is awesome for backpackers! The pool and game area are super clean and fun. The laundry facilities are top-notch. Microwaves and fridges in the rooms are a big plus.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed our poolside room on the 100 level. The pool was amazing with a great temperature, and the hot tubs were fantastic. It was so convenient to have an outside door leading right to the pool area. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming at check-in, and they even accommodated our breakfast tickets for our group of three. The breakfast at the attached restaurant was delicious, and we appreciated the extra toiletries available at the front desk. The location was convenient, with a grocery store and McDonald's nearby, and the WEGO bus stop right out front.

We got two complementary pieces of chocolate upon arrival, and the room had a nice view. the location of the hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and stores which made it convenient to get what we needed. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and the gym facilities.

The hotel was crowded over the New Year holiday, and we could hear our neighbors very clearly through the walls. we were not impressed with our experience.
