I recently stayed at Best Western Plus and had a wonderful experience. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to answer our questions. The hotel itself is very comfortable and newly opened. We booked the hop on hop off bus for the first day and found it easy to reach several stops from the hotel. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the location was excellent, close to restaurants, old town, metro stations, and shopping. The room was spacious, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. The TV had a guide and a good selection of English channels. a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was great, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The cleanliness was impeccable, both in the room and bathroom. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially appreciated the 4 good options of coffee pods for the Keurig machine in the room. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to a Metro stop and within walking distance to many main attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast, although simple, was very good.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff at the reception were not very friendly or welcoming upon arrival. It would have been nice to receive a warmer greeting and more helpful information about the hotel and surrounding area.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the convenient location and the ability to walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building was well-maintained and the rooms were clean.

The location of the hotel was not ideal, with noisy clubs nearby and the presence of late-night revellers and crack-heads in the area. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep during our stay.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated only a few streets away on a major street. I loved how close it was to many of the city's attractions, only a 15-minute walk away. The staff here was also excellent, always friendly and helpful. The room amenities were fantastic too, including an in-room safe, refrigerator, and sink.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in downtown Montreal for the Nuit Blanche festival. Despite being a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was, even though it was located on a busy street. The staff were friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. The valet parking service was prompt and professional. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with a large shower cabin. I also appreciated the complimentary Keurig pods in the room.
