Big Bird Inn provided a comfortable stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. the convenience of complimentary coffee/tea and cookies added a nice touch to the experience.

The staff was ready to offer tips, and the bar had a view worth admiring while sipping my drink. Cons: I enjoyed the nonexistent extra blanket and the pleasant service.

During our stay at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the newly renovated interior. the coffee bar and cookies were a nice touch, and the easy parking made our visit hassle-free. However, the lack of bathroom storage was inconvenient. Overall I found this hotel to be a good choice for a comfortable stay.

The hotel rooms were cozy, the staff was super nice, and we loved the electric fireplace in our room, it kept us toasty! 🌟 We really enjoyed the comfy beds and that the hotel had no carpets in the rooms, creating a clean and neat vibe. the only downside was the TV channels not working properly, but overall, it didn't dampen our great experience at the hotel.

Not impressed. Room issues galore - lamps, fireplace, TV - all a mess. Funky basements, dodgy wifi, and missing blankets? Seriously? Only perk was the friendly morning staff. Easy check-in/out, but lugging bags up 18 stairs? Come on. Seemed like the room was designed by a blindfolded chimp. A table would've made more sense than a random fireplace. the bathroom setup was a head-scratcher. Could almost hear the quirky Jeopardy music playing in my head. Cheers from a tea-drinking Brit with a knack for finding oddities even in the Great White North.

I always stay here for city breaks. the staff once kindly helped my elderly parents. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, Snack bar, and laundry make it convenient. With flat-screen TV and kitchen tools, it's comfortable. I appreciate the amenities like express check-in. I never regret staying here.
