We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and service-oriented, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel provided a shuttle service to the beach and shops, which was convenient for exploring the area. The location was great, with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the private pool was a nice touch. Everything was clean and well-maintained, including the facilities. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning in all the bedrooms kept us cool. the service, location, and amenities exceeded our expectations.

The bathroom was small with limited space to set things down and no place to hang a toiletry bag or robe. Access to the outlet for the CPAP machine was difficult and required unplugging other items.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right on the water with beautiful views. It was also conveniently close to the 1000 Islands Parkway, making it easy to explore the area. We loved the quaintness of the town and the fact that there were two restaurants with views of the water. the price of the hotel was also reasonable, which was a bonus.

the dinner at the hotel was average and we had an unexpected visit from a skunk during our meal, which was a little nerve-racking. there were some minor issues that affected our experience.

Excellent location for boat cruise, with ticket office and gift shop nearby. Three on-site restaurants, including a pub-like option. Clean and spacious rooms with mini deck overlooking boat docks. Amenities like coffee maker and fridge. Quiet area.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful waterfront inn. Our room had a private balcony with a stunning view. The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, even gifting us with sparkling wine. The lunch at the Boathouse restaurant was amazing, and the value for money was excellent. The handyman was incredibly helpful, fixing our rental car bumper promptly. The convenience of parking and not needing to move our vehicle was fantastic. we highly recommend this inn for a pleasant and memorable stay.

The historic building is clean and beautifully renovated, with well-equipped and comfortable rooms. Our room had a private balcony with a view of the Thousand Island Cruise ships and water. The staff, from the front desk to the bar manager, were fantastic and the restaurant had friendly and courteous service. The riverside location was very pretty and there were interesting bits of town history scattered around. it was a perfect getaway.

We also loved the convenience of having a restaurant right next door and being able to take a boat cruise without leaving the inn. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our short birthday getaway memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet and peaceful retreat.
