I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to the city center, and the helpful staff. The room was like a small apartment with a kitchen and separate bedroom. It was clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was close to everything in the city, including City Hall and Elgin Street. it was a great experience.

As longer-term business travelers, we appreciated the convenience of having a separate bedroom and living room in the studio room. The balcony was a nice bonus. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, with walking access to downtown and the Byward Market. We also appreciated the pet-friendly nature of the area, with nearby dog walking places.

The staff even reduced the price when they found a room with a queensize bed available. The best part was the hotel's central location, just a 2-minute walk from the city center.

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed the convenience of early check, in and late check, out, which allowed us to maximize our time exploring the city. the reception staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check, in process a breeze. the location of the hotel was also a major highlight, as it was within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Additionally, the spaciousness of the room was a pleasant surprise, providing ample room for our family or friends to relax and unwind.

One downside of our stay was the limited parking space in the front driveway upon check, in. It would have been helpful if there were reserved 20 minute parking spaces, as it became inconvenient when other cars left and we were left blocking the driveway.

Liked that the hotel was in a key location downtown, within walking distance to many restaurants, museums, and attractions. It was great to have a balcony in the room, where we could relax and enjoy the view. having a kitchenette in the room was a big advantage as it allowed us to do some home cooking and saved us some money on meals.

Disliked the outdated rooms and furnishings, they could definitely use some updates to bring them up to the next level. the appliances in the kitchenette were old and could use an upgrade, although they still worked.
