We had a wonderful stay here. The car park is spacious and convenient, and we were able to walk to nearby restaurants. The location is great, right outside of the city centre, on the banks of the river, and on a bike trail with lots of amenities nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable with modern conveniences, and the staff at the overnight receptionist and the breakfast area were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety.

Our room on the 5th floor was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep, and we even found chocolates and water bottles by our bedside. The hot breakfast offered a variety of options, including bacon, sausage, and waffles. The fitness room was convenient, and we enjoyed having drinks brought up to our room from the bar. The hotel's location near the Champlain Mall and Mountain Road was very convenient, and parking was always available. The staff was kind and knowledgeable, making our stay enjoyable. As youngsters, we really enjoyed the modern and tasteful decor of the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The location was great, right by the river and within walking distance of a shopping mall and downtown restaurants and bars. The highlight for us was the second-floor balcony with a river view, where we could watch the tidal bore roll in. It was an awesome sight! The staff, including Louise and Brianna at the front desk and Santina from housekeeping, were all friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was a big hit, and we loved the fact that there was a woman taking care of breakfast who was very friendly.
