The value for money at Coast was excellent, with a fantastic view from the balcony and cozy beds. The location was convenient, allowing for easy walking along the waterfront, and the staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful.

Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider offering of dishes.

The pool and hot tub were awesome, excellent room, very friendly staff, amazing view, out of this world food, TOTO washlet toilets.

Located in a prime spot near the harbor and Fisherman's Wharf. The hotel is clean, with friendly staff. Complimentary shuttle service provided for convenient downtown access. Pet-friendly atmosphere with furry friends around. Breakfast menu offers excellent choices and restaurant views are breathtaking.

I was thrilled with the pet-friendly policy at Coast. My room had a spacious layout and incredible views of the harbour. The indoor/outdoor pool was a hit too!

I stayed at this hotel for over 10 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided me with an iPhone plug in adapter, saving me the trouble of buying one. The parking was also very convenient and the room, although simple in furnishings, was clean and comfortable. I loved that the toilets had fancy Japanese bidets. The location was great, with a short 10-minute walk to town and a water taxi stop right outside. The restaurant and bar had stunning views of the harbor and the complimentary shuttle was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and the pool and sauna were a welcome bonus.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They greeted us with a note congratulating us on our honeymoon and provided us with a plate of chocolate strawberries. The room was spacious and had a balcony with an amazing view. The hotel's location, just a 5-minute walk outside of town, offered a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant and bar were enjoyable, with generous portions and delicious food. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including an indoor/outdoor pool, and provided free parking.

The food at Coast was absolutely amazing! As a vegan, I usually struggle with hotel catering, but I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful variety and flavors offered. The portions were also generous and satisfying. The best part, however, was the stunning ocean-view room. Waking up to the sight of the water and blue sky right outside my window was a refreshing change from my usual mountain views at home. This hotel truly made my professional trip feel like a pleasure trip. Thank you, Coast, I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is conveniently located near the Victoria Museum and offers a peaceful marina setting away from the busy downtown area. Guests can easily access various attractions and activities in the surrounding area, including the ferries in Sydney. The rooms are comfortable and the service is excellent, with friendly staff. Amenities such as a microwave and fridge are available in the rooms. Guests can enjoy beautiful views of the harbour and the overall comfort of the accommodations.

The soundproofing between floors and walls could be improved, as some guests have experienced noise disturbances from barking dogs in nearby rooms.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. the location was perfect for us, with the ability to walk to nearby attractions and enjoy a beautiful coastal walk.

The noise from the air conditioning/heating system outside our room was disruptive and made it difficult for us to sleep. We appreciate the staff's effort in moving us to a different room, but the new room still had temperature issues and wasn't much better.

Beautiful waterfront location, professional and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, great amenities including coffee machine and Japanese toilet, convenient shuttle service to downtown.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. The room was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views over the harbor. The location was perfect, right on the harbor front and within walking distance of Victoria's inner harbor. The hotel facilities, particularly the indoor/outdoor pool, were fantastic.

Our stay at Coast was wonderful! We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the privacy of our clean room. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to downtown. The desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the storage of our baggage before our boat departure was greatly appreciated. The Blue Crab restaurant on the property had delicious food and great service. The pool and sauna were clean and enjoyable. We loved the view from our room and will definitely request a high facing forward room next time!
