The double room at Courtyard By Marriott Nanaimo was cozy and comfortable with a big bed, spacious bathroom, and a lovely city view.

I personally missed having a hand-held shower head in the bathroom.

the nice gentleman named Vernon saved the day with his early check-in magic, but the morning cafe visit left a bitter bistro taste. Izzy was a gem, shining light on town treasures. Despite the ventilation quibble and the alarm disco inferno, the staff showed me that kindness is the true room key. Hoping for smoother sleeps and sweeter sips next time. Cheers!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room service every 2 days was helpful. the hotel's proximity to the port and parks was convenient for exploring the city.

The breakfast options were minimal at the hotel. the ventilation system was noisy and affected air quality in the room.

Excellent Location and Exceptional Staff

Despite some minor issues, such as inconsistent service and voucher limitations at the bistro, the overall experience was positive due to the friendly and helpful staff.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room with a beautiful couch and comfortable bed. the fitness room had everything we needed. the location was convenient with nearby parking. One drawback was the lack of a hand-held showerhead. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

For those taking off early, enjoy a large room, comfy beds, and a clean pool/hot tub. Convenient location near the morning ferry.

The modern amenities and beautiful bathroom added to the overall comfort of our stay. Cons: Do recommend this hotel.

Loved the snacks from the vending machines - kept me going! the receptionists spoke so many languages; I felt like a world traveler. the cycling was a blast, especially after indulging in the American breakfast!

The check-in was so perfect; I missed dealing with a grumpy front desk staff.

Our room at the hotel had a wire closet organizer which was a bit flimsy. However, the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious, allowing us to move around easily. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Courtyard By Marriott.
