The hotel offered free bottles of water upon check-in, which was a nice touch. the room and the hotel itself were clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions or places to eat.

This limited the use of the elevators and we were woken up both mornings by the sound of hammering and power tools. This was quite disruptive and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The pool and hot tub were relaxing. The gym was well maintained. Late check-out time was convenient. Great location with nearby stores and activities. Friendly staff, especially Daniel, who provided excellent customer service and made us feel like family.

Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast and has a variety of facilities for guests to enjoy.

There was one negative aspect of the hotel that could be improved.

This hotel is a great value for money and the staff is very friendly. It's located right near the subway line that brings you into Downtown Toronto and the rooms are equipped with a table beside the bed. Additionally, this hotel is situated in a quiet area due to the new subway stations.
