The bathroom facilities need improvement, as there have been complaints about toilets not being properly attached and leaking.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive - I loved the small touches like the single-use disinfecting wipe and makeup remover pad in the room. Lastly, the location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It was in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the market and right beside the theater. I was thoroughly impressed with the basic amenities, high-ceilinged rooms, and lovely views. Plus, the prices were reasonable, and the value for money was excellent.

We booked a room at Courtyard for our 25th anniversary and were pleasantly surprised with the special touches, like chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The clerk went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even printing out directions for us to get to our desired location. Despite some noise in the morning, the check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the St Jacobs Outlets, Farmers Market, and Jacks Restaurant. This made it easy for us to explore the area and enjoy local attractions. the staff at the hotel were excellent.

One drawback we experienced was the noise level in our room. the walls seemed to be paper thin, and we could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

The room was very neat and convenient, with a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Most of the staff were very nice and friendly.

The spacious lobby with a cozy fireplace and the pub next to it were really enjoyable. It was great to be able to check emails and work at the business center. the staff at room service were polite and responsive to requests.

Some room cards didn’t work which caused a little delay. I had to fumble with the light switches every night in the room, which was a bit annoying.
