The location just out of the center of town was perfect for me. I used the resort as a base for exploring the Banff area, and it was convenient and close to everything I wanted to see. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The parking was ample and hassle-free, and I appreciated the free bus passes provided by the hotel, which made getting around the city a breeze. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

With a bus stop right next to the hotel and the Banff centre just a stone's throw away, visitors can enjoy the convenience of experiencing the area’s attractions. The room and bathroom are meticulously clean, cozy, and well-equipped with modern fixtures. Guests can enjoy excellent service and friendly staff. The playground, indoor play zone, pool, and waterslides are huge hits with families.

There are some areas in the pool that could use additional cleaning.

The staff could have been more informative and friendly, as they did not provide information about the facilities and the free bus passes unless asked. Some guests experienced issues with cleanliness, such as crumbs and mouse droppings in the kitchen area, which was quite disappointing.

We got great value for our money with a decent sized room, fantastic amenities like a whirlpool and indoor water slides, and a convenient location just a short drive from the town center. The staff treated us well and even provided bus passes for easy transportation.

It was perfect for packing lunches for my hikes and a comfortable place to sleep and eat breakfast.

The only downside was that the room was a bit warm, even with the heating turned down.

The home away from home feel and the complete kitchen in our room with all the necessary utensils, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, stove.
