The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome during our Christmas stay. They took the time to get to know us and were always willing to chat and offer suggestions. the beds in the modern annex building were unbelievably comfortable, with fluffy white duvets that made for a cozy night's sleep. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to downtown and Victoria Park. We loved being able to walk to all the attractions and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood surroundings.

That the air conditioner in our room was quite loud when it was turned on. Thankfully, the weather was cool during our visit, but if it had been warmer, it might have been difficult to sleep with the noise.
