The property was beautifully renovated, with original ballrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location and comfortable beds. Appreciated the option to conserve water and re-use towels.

We loved the beautiful hotel, with clean rooms and a great staff! The location was also fantastic, and we enjoyed the restaurant's delicious drinks.

The room was spacious, but the bathroom was small. There was an issue with the A/C motor that couldn't be fixed until the next day. Staff were pleasant and the duty manager removed the Room Service charge. Check-in was difficult and the property was expensive.

The rooms were lovely, spacious, and had great, sized bathrooms. the hotel was conveniently located, just across the road from another hotel. the mini bar and snacks were available in the room, although caution is needed as the sensor can charge for unused items.

Check, in took a long time, possibly due to a lack of staff. There was an issue with being charged for parking when no car was present.

We loved the location and the service at the hotel. The upgraded suite had lots of room and a great walk-in closet. The breakfast choices in the club lounge were excellent, and the afternoon tea was a nice touch. The indoor pool area and gym were also great amenities. The staff provided exceptional service and made us feel valued as individual guests. The front desk staff even surprised us with a lovely card and complimentary cake for our honeymoon. The personal customer service and attention to detail made our stay luxurious and memorable.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a beautiful room on the 14th floor, part of the Royal Suite. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely sitting area. The bathroom was luxurious with a huge tub and a wonderful 2 person shower. We even had personalized bath products! Additionally, the hotel provided us with delicious chocolate strawberries for my birthday. the service and quality were excellent.

Great location, excellent service, beautiful interior, and comfy beds. Easy access to Christ Church and street performers' music. Vegan dining option available with delicious vegan cheese as a pizza topping. Exceptional personal customer service and attention to detail. Perfect elegant ambiance.

We had a great stay at the Fairmont! The spacious room offered stunning city views and the Le Labo bathroom amenities were heavenly. Despite a noisy showerhead, everything else was modern and well-maintained. We enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep with no noise from neighboring rooms. The pool was a bonus, and we highly recommend a late-night dip with friends. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The value for money was great and the room was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's central location allowed us to explore Vancouver easily. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, especially the lady at the conceirge.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with more choices and a take-out coffee and snack bar would have been nice.

We especially loved the rooftop pool and restaurant, which offered stunning views. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a great stay overall. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our recent stay in the heart of the city offered an excellent location close to the Christmas markets and a wide variety of accommodation options. From the moment we stepped into our spacious and comfortable suite, we knew we were in for a treat. The bathroom was well-appointed with an excellent shower, and the room service was top-notch. The Notch8 Restaurant & Bar provided us with a phenomenal experience, and the staff were gracious and full of information about the city. We will certainly return.

One small downside was with the pricing of the hotel, which was on the pricier end of the spectrum compared to other options in the area.

The check out time of noon was a pleasant surprise, allowing us to relax and not feel rushed. The personal customer service was outstanding, making us feel valued as individual guests. The attention to detail in every aspect of our experience, from the delicious homemade raspberry lemonade to the sumptuous bedding, made our stay luxurious and memorable.

During my recent stay at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, I was thrilled to be upgraded to the Gold Floor. The exceptional service and hospitality were simply outstanding. I enjoyed the turn down service and the complimentary appies. The check-out process was a breeze, and I was pleasantly surprised when the lady at the Gold Floor informed me that I could enjoy a free breakfast and coffee there. It was such a delight to have a leisurely breakfast and coffee before heading to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious amenities and excellent service.
