We loved the clean and comfortable rooms and the helpful and pleasant staff. The interior of the hotel was nice and it was easy to find. The location was convenient, not far from downtown and with easy access to the highway. The hotel had plenty of parking spaces and a nice fireplace and sitting area in the lobby. The room we stayed in was a suite with a bedroom and a small living area equipped with a sink, microwave, and small fridge. This was perfect for us as my husband was able to keep his work items cool during our stay.

The pool was a great temperature for swimming laps and getting some exercise. the bar at the hotel had good food and drinks, and the atmosphere was lively with live music. the staff, especially the cleaning staff, were friendly and accommodating. the fridge in the room was a good size, which was convenient for storing snacks and drinks. the hotel is conveniently located near the Bonnie Doon area, making it easy to access key attractions and amenities.

The hotel could use some maintenance and updating, as some areas showed signs of wear and tear. the rooms, especially the upgraded ones, had issues such as stretched out carpets and worn-out furniture.

Additionally, there is a casino within walking distance. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a 24-hour pool and steam room available for guests to relax.

The executive room with the bedroom door separation was fantastic as foreign tourists. The pub at the hotel offered incredible food and great service. The front desk was very welcoming and efficient. The location was perfect for attending events at Rexall Place. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the staff provided quick and friendly service. We loved the waterfall in the porch area. we had a great experience and enjoyed the facilities and amenities provided.
