During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings of the cabins. We were able to spot wildlife such as a baby bear, a moose, and a beaver just a few kilometers away from our cozy cabin. The hostess was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local attractions. We also enjoyed the rustic charm of the fireplace in our cabin, which added a warm and inviting atmosphere to our stay.

We did find the lack of a couch or comfortable seating area in our cabin to be a bit disappointing.

Although there was no supermarket nearby, there was a gas station with basic food options. We also appreciated the presence of a public gas grill in the recreation park. the host, Gabriela, was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area and recommending individual trips for us to explore. it was a great starting point for our adventures in Algonquin National Park.
