The staff were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of four. The hotel provided a sofa bed that was turned into a bed for our kids every evening, and they even surprised us with snacks for the kids. The location is fantastic, right on top of a great mall with plenty of shops and a delicious food court. The hotel is in downtown, so everything is just minutes away.

We felt completely satisfied with our stay, no complaints whatsoever.

The location is perfect - right next to the Pacific Center shopping center and the skytrain station. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a great fitness center. Cleanliness is top-notch. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We also loved the hotel facilities, including the beautiful pool area and the outstanding bar and restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The staff even recommended what to order when we went to a Vietnamese restaurant, which was a great suggestion.

Our room was spacious, well-furnished, and incredibly comfortable. We also enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant, with the standout being our server Ian, who was not only attentive, but also had an incredible sense of humor. our experience at this hotel was one of the best we have ever had, making it one of our top hotel stays worldwide.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were a perfect size. The pool area was also very nice and provided a great spot to relax. We especially loved the staff at the restaurant who were extremely accommodating, willing to modify menu items to suit our taste.

the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Secondly, the location was fantastic, with everything we wanted to see and do just a short walk away. And lastly, we loved the spacious and comfortable suite that we stayed in.

There were a couple of negative aspects worth mentioning. the pool was a bit disappointing, as the chlorine turned our hair green even after washing it thoroughly.
