I had a fantastic stay! The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool area. It was clean and not crowded. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I also loved the convenient location. It was centrally located, close to the Whistler Mountain and village. Parking was easy and accessible, which was a plus. the best aspects of my stay were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, friendly staff, and convenient location.

The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. The pool and hot tub were open until 10:30, even in cold weather. There was a jacuzzi tub in the room for relaxation. The staff was always accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The hotel offered complimentary tickets for their restaurants, compensating for a glitch during check-in. The hotel's food options were good and reasonably priced. The pool area was a beautiful space to relax regardless of the season. The room options were varied and all great.

The parking fees were unexpected and a bit expensive. Other than that, it felt like the staff treated us like family and were willing to help with anything.

Valet service stands out with their exceptional professionalism and patience despite the busy Victoria day weekend. Excellent breakfast with accommodating staff, especially with the 50% discount for children's food. Memorable cinnamon bear carving and helpful staff throughout.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, right in the center of all the village activities. The staff were welcoming and more than willing to accommodate our request with a different manager. The facilities were great, with a leisure spa & wellness centre, sauna, swimming pool, and outdoor heated swimming pool. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were amazing to relax in.

We highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was perfect for me, with a spacious desk that allowed me to comfortably work while my partner attended sessions at a nearby festival. The room had plenty of space and a lovely view of the majestic mountains. The hotel's central location was a major plus, as it was very convenient to everything I needed. The room was impeccably clean and the hotel amenities were enjoyable. I especially appreciated the secure parking, which provided peace of mind.

Amazing location, right in the heart of the village and close to everything. the room size was decent and comfortable. the pool area was great with plenty of loungers and a new patio. the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the bell staff who were always helpful with parking and luggage.

There were a few issues during my stay. the breakfast did not start until 8 AM, which was quite late for my schedule.

The location is exceptional, just about ski in / out. Ski storage guys are super amazing and helpful. The hotel is clean, spacious, and located on the edge of the village.
