During our stay at Holiday Inn Express in Ottawa, we were pleasantly surprised by the ample free parking, which saved us from the high charges we've experienced at other downtown hotels. The location, though not in the city center, allowed for easy access to popular attractions within a short drive. We were also impressed by the helpful and friendly staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was clean and comfortable, equipped with essential amenities like a microwave, bar refrigerator, and Keurig machine. Despite some worn electrical outlets, our overall experience was pleasant and functional. The quiet atmosphere, despite being close to the airport, ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

The included breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing. Options for fresh fruit were limited, with only whole apples available, and the push-button pancake machine was slow and produced mediocre pancakes.

The hotel was newly renovated, so it was clean and in great condition. parking was easily available, making it convenient for guests with cars.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the clean and spacious room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the extra space provided by the living area in the king suite. Additionally, the location was perfect for me as it was close to the airport and near everything I needed.

I gotta say, I definitely got my money's worth at the Holiday Inn Express near the airport. The room was on point, comfortable beds, and a fancy bathroom. The location was perfect, and the staff treated me like a VIP.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a short distance from the airport. Enjoyed property overall. Clean, good location with many businesses nearby. Ok gym, small pool. Free parking, great breakfast with attentive staff. Renovated, spacious, comfortable bedroom. Daughters loved pullout sofa. Pool fun to relax in. Located next to Park N Drive. Helpful, polite staff, particularly Jay at reception. Well-trained, hardworking staff.

The breakfast variety was great and the staff was friendly. It was also nice to find ample free parking, especially during the busy holiday season. the bed was firm and comfortable. We appreciated the microwave, bar refrigerator, and Keurig machine in the room. the hotel's location made it easy to drive to many tourist attractions within a half-hour.

The room was a bit cold despite turning the thermostat up to max, but it's understandable given the -35 degree weather. the TV wasn't centered perfectly with the two beds.
