The front desk staff were personable and knowledgeable. The informal bar/restaurant offers delicious and well-priced food. The view of the farm animals from the room is lovely. The hotel's contemporary design and use of natural materials create a brilliant and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Room 423, although initially feeling cramped, is well-designed and has a patio that expands the sense of space.

The hotel is located in a stunning area, close to the marina, making it convenient for walks or morning runs. The surroundings offer beautiful farmland, a beach, and a farm to visit. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with carpet-free floors and comfortable beds. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant offers excellent food with plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free choices.

The use of the spa facilities is not included in the hotel stay and incurs an additional cost.

Great Location, Great Concierge: the hotel's setting against sweeping green space with livestock was perfect for our dog. the concierge was terrific and steered us toward a very quaint local spot for dinner, away from the hipster crowd at the hotel restaurant.

Lack of Communication and Room Size: the staff could have communicated better about some of the features of the hotel, such as needing the room keycard to activate the electricity. Additionally, the room size was small for the price, and the placement of a large wooden rocking chair made it difficult to navigate around the bed.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Baie-St-Paul. The location was superb, as it was very close to the shores of the Saint-Laurent river and within walking distance to everything in town. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with a massive indoor area for basketball and table tennis, as well as an outdoor fire pit for marshmallow toasting. The staff were lovely and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel's bistro. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and the helpfulness of the staff.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel and spa. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beautiful St. Lawrence River. I was able to enjoy a scenic bike ride along the river thanks to the hotel's bicycle hire service. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. They were always friendly and willing to assist me with any requests I had. The service was impeccable.
