The charm of the hotel was undeniable, with a touch of European elegance everywhere. the staff were professional and friendly, providing service with a comforting warmth. the location was excellent, conveniently situated between the historic area, the shopping district, and the business center.

It was puzzling that there were no closets or dressers in the rooms, making it inconvenient for storing clothes. Additionally, the rooms on the dark side of the building lacked natural light and views.
