We had a fantastic stay in the heart of Old Quebec City. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the St Lawrence Seaway and the Musee de Civilization. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the cruise ships on the river. The staff were exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service. The hotel amenities were also impressive, with complimentary espresso and self-serve spirits available. The continental breakfast included was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

The lack of heat in the hotel during our stay, which made it quite chilly in the evenings.

The hotel had a beautiful and stylish interior decor, which added to the overall charm of the place. the staff was very helpful and polite, making my stay more enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the historic area, with everything within walking distance.

the lack of alternative options for drinking water was a letdown. It would have been better if they provided water in glass bottles with resealable stoppers, rather than relying on guests to use the tap water.

We stayed at this hotel for several days during our trip to explore the beautiful city of Baie St. Paul. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries. Our room was clean and well-appointed, and we especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows. The staff at Auberge Saint Pierre was exceptional, and in particular, Jimmy went above and beyond to assist us when we were stranded at the train station. His quick response and kindness were greatly appreciated. We also loved the complimentary coffee and relaxing sitting areas throughout the hotel.

Charming hotel with great location, easy walk to restaurants and shops. Onsite restaurant, il Matto, is fabulous. Comfortable rooms with memory foam pillows. Staff is friendly, helpful, and speaks both French and English. Clean and spotless throughout. Valet parking available. a wonderful experience.

All was perfect.

We had a great experience staying at this place. Located just inside the Old Town, we found it very convenient for exploring the area. Right across from the Museum of Civilization, we could easily admire the beautiful river view. Besides the location, we appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff at the reception desk, who were always friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the room amenities, including the soundproofed rooms that ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the free toiletries that were replenished every day.

My suite at Auberge Saint-Pierre was like my own cozy apartment in Old Quebec - definitely worth the price. The location was ideal, nestled on a quiet street near shops and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

This place was amazing! The location was superb, right in the heart of the city. I loved being surrounded by excellent restaurants, shops, and galleries. The area was splendid, providing quick access to anything I wanted to see without the crowds. The service was top-notch, with the staff being super friendly and helpful. They even printed out directions for me and helped me figure out which bus to take. this hotel was excellent!

Located in the heart of the historical centre, this hotel is the perfect base to explore all that the city has to offer. You can easily walk to plenty of restaurants and shopping spots, as well as to almost all popular sights and old town attractions. The rooms are beautifully laid out and have everything you need to feel comfortable, such as comfy beds, clean bathrooms, and great service. The fresh-ground coffee 24/7 and the automated wine and liquor dispenser are definitely a plus.

The internet speed could use an upgrade.

The complementary breakfast and lunchbox were a nice touch. the hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and cafes, making it easy to find somewhere to eat. the room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed.

The room was too small for two people and the walls were very thin, making it difficult to sleep through noise from other guests.
