The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, downtown, the beach, and other venues. It was convenient to have everything within walking distance, especially during the Christmas season. the proximity to various cafes and boutique stores made it enjoyable to explore and find unique gifts. being close to the water was a bonus, as we arrived on seadoos and were able to dock at the nearby marina.

The hotel was in a sketchy area, and this was evident from the moment we arrived. the exterior of the hotel had cracks in the sidewalk and the neighborhood seemed run down.

For the price we paid, the value at this motel was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and the location was great, with a beautiful waterfront park and beach just a short walk away. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
