The location was absolutely fantastic! It was right in the heart of the village, with easy access to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the gondolas. We loved being able to walk everywhere without needing to drive. Another great aspect was the fully furnished kitchen in our room. It made our stay feel more like a home away from home, and we were able to cook our own meals whenever we wanted. the bed was also incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

the cleanliness of the room was a bit disappointing. It seemed like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, as we found remnants of previous guests under the couch and the room smelled slightly musty.

We had a great stay at the Mountain Side Hotel. The location was perfect, right near the ski hill and close to everything we needed. The hotel was generally quiet and we enjoyed the ski lockers and the excellent restaurant. Our room had lots of hot water and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable vacation. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we would highly recommend this hotel for a great Whistler experience.

Great location just a short walk from the gondola and right in the center of the village. the room, although a bit dated, was clean and comfortable. the kitchen appliances, despite being from the '80s, worked fine and were well-equipped.

There were a few drawbacks. the free WiFi was spotty and didn't always work properly, and we had to complain and use the neighboring room's WiFi at times.

As a tourist, I loved the central location and spacious rooms at this hotel. The front desk staff, including Elen and Louise, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even assisted me with my skis since I had limited mobility due to a recent arm surgery. The thoughtful team ensured we had a comfortable room close to the amenities, taking my condition into consideration. the staff members were friendly and the hotel's location was fantastic.

One aspect that we found disappointing was the high cost of onsite parking compared to nearby options. the difference in price was quite significant and it would have been more convenient to have a more affordable parking option.
