The housekeeping needs improvement, they didn't clean or make our bed during our 3-night stay. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The guest lounge has a cozy open fire with comfortable seating. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel has great views. The restaurant and bar offer good food and the dining room has a wonderful view.

I recently stayed at a mountain lodge for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect for hiking and exploring the beautiful scenery. our recent stay near jasper was superb. overlander was affordable, comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond during a snowstorm. they even cleaned our car and warmed it up for us. incredible service. we'll definitely return!

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The check-in/out process was fantastic and started our stay off right. The breakfast server and dining room staff were delightful and made us feel like friends. The hotel's dog-friendly policy was a bonus, creating a laid-back and people-friendly atmosphere. The rooms in the Meitte building were affordable and cozy, with fireplaces and nice beds. The location of the lodge, nestled at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, was beautiful and close to Hinton and Jasper National Park.

We recently stayed at a lodge near Jasper and had a wonderful experience. the staff at Overlander Mountain Lodge were friendly and accommodating, especially the manager, Tim. He upgraded our cabin to a bigger and more comfortable one for a small fee. the unit was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully-equipped kitchen and a patio with a BBQ. the location was perfect, nestled in the mountains with easy access to hiking trails. the on-site restaurant offered a fine dining experience with delicious food and breathtaking views. it was a memorable stay.

Amazing mountain view, friendly staff, comfortable bed, great restaurant with delicious food. Staff checked in on us before arrival and made a restaurant reservation. Room above lobby, slightly noisy from cars and motorcycles but brief. Perfect mattress, small but cozy room. Prices similar to other hotels in the area.

The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking scenery of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious and exceeded our expectations in terms of taste and quality.

The Wi-Fi connection in our room was extremely poor, making it difficult to stay connected and access the internet. The walls in the cabin were not soundproof enough, allowing us to hear noises from the neighboring cabins, which affected our overall tranquility.
