I loved being surrounded by nature and having the opportunity to explore the beautiful outdoors. The hotel provided excellent service, from offering bicycle hire to taking care of housekeeping. The staff always went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. I also appreciated having a kitchen, complete with a washing machine and dryer. It made my stay even more convenient and hassle-free. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

It's also not far from Pemberton's downtown area, where you can find incidentals and the best bakery I've ever been to outside of Europe. Our Easter experience at this hotel was fantastic! Two things we absolutely loved were the pet-friendly policy and the attentive staff. Not only did they provide welcome treats and supplies for our furry friend, but they also took care of them while we enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. What a luxury to have a hotel that accommodates our pets without sacrificing our own fun! the location was also perfect for our hiking and outdoor activities, with stunning mountain views all around us.

The price of the rooms was exorbitant compared to similar hotels in nearby towns like Whistler. the musty smell in our room was unpleasant and the explanation given by the front desk about the nearby farms was not satisfactory.

From there, we were able to easily explore the nearby Nairn Falls and enjoy some delicious meals at the local restaurants. The lodge also had great amenities, including a refreshing outdoor pool and relaxing hot tub. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring.

We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the swimming pool. The water was not as clean as we had expected, with a significant amount of bugs floating around.
