Penny's Motel, just a short 13-minute drive from the Blue Mountains, was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the fluffy duvets added a cozy touch. the soothing shower with a heated floor was a much-needed luxury. Catherine and her team went above and beyond to ensure our New Year's stay was unforgettable. the delicious oysters, pizzas, and drinks tempted us to overindulge, and the awesome New Year's eve party by the bonfire was a highlight of our trip. the kids loved it so much that they didn't want to leave. We truly felt the love and care at this little gem.

The friendly staff provides excellent service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Plus, it's a great value for money.

I wanted to try a boutique motel and Penny's did not disappoint. The owner clearly put thought into the design of the rooms and surrounding sitting areas. The motel is in a great location for ski trips and trail walks. Thornbury itself is a charming and peaceful town with excellent breakfast places nearby. The room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided daily. I particularly enjoyed the close proximity to nature and even had a pair of Cardinals visit outside my window.
