The location is fabulous, just a couple of blocks from the town center, and it's right on the waterfront with a beautiful scenic view. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also conveniently close to Nelson's central business district, so we were able to easily explore the shops and restaurants in the area. this hotel is a definite must if you're looking for a relaxing getaway in this city.

We loved how this place was pretty much right on the lake - it made for some beautiful views from our spacious room. But what really stood out was the friendly and attentive service - from the staff at reception to the manager who went out of their way to accommodate our requests, we felt truly taken care of. The room amenities were also top-notch, with everything we needed from an ironing facility to a flat-screen TV. We even got to enjoy the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi during our stay, which was a lovely bonus.

The lakeside view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery right from our room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with modern decor and all the amenities we needed. The hotel location was also perfect, with easy access to downtown and nearby activities. we had a fantastic stay at this Worldhotels Elite property.

I recently stayed at Prestige Lakeside Resort, Worldhotels Elite for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location right by the water edge was fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The restaurant served excellent food, and being right by the lake added to the overall dining experience. The hotel was clean and quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the marina and Pulpit Rock.

Great stay at a lakeside hotel over the new year. Complimentary champagne and hors d'oeuvres served in the lobby for NYE, and coffee and tea in the lobby all day. the location was fantastic, close to local attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. Free parking was also a plus.

The room had a funky smell that didn't go away, and there were stains on the carpet. the restaurant was too expensive for the quality of the food, and the service was slow.

The location is great, as it is within walking distance of the beach and really close to the boardwalk. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the main floor had good food. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. There is also a pool and fitness room available for guests to use.

The entryway could use some warmer mood lighting. Maybe leave the fire on.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location directly on the lake waterfront in the heart of Nelson was perfect. I loved being able to easily walk downtown to all of the shops and restaurants. The staff here were really friendly and helpful, especially the owner Dave at Junipers Bistro. I enjoyed grabbing a coffee and indulging in their delicious homemade muffins, all while engaging in friendly conversation. The room amenities were great, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The flat-screen TV and free local telephone calls were a nice touch.

The view was breathtaking, with a beautiful lake view and a peaceful atmosphere. We loved the convenience of the trolley stopping right at the resort, making it easy for us to explore the park and bridge. As bike riders, we appreciated the option to rent kayaks and explore the lake from the docks. The on-site restaurant was a favorite, and the pool exceeded our expectations.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by the beautiful location. Situated along the waterfront of Kootenay Lake, the views were absolutely stunning. I had a room that faced the water, and watching the sunset from my window was breathtaking. The hotel restaurant also had an outdoor patio which offered the same incredible lake views. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast and lunch dishes. The hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent amenities.
