They went above and beyond to ensure that all our requests were met promptly. The room itself was spacious and luxurious, with comfortable beds and a neat nightlight feature in the bathroom. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable - everything from the floors to the furniture was spotless. The complimentary drinks at the bar were a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the delicious omelettes made by the chef. we were extremely impressed with the quality of service and the attention to detail at this hotel.

The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the city.

The service was slow, with long wait times for our food to be served. the quality of the food itself was not up to par, with burnt and overcooked dishes that were not enjoyable to eat.

We loved the spacious and comfortable suite with two TVs, dining table, and vanity area for getting ready. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the airport and some metro stations. Plus, there were shops and commercial services nearby, along with an on-site restaurant with a buffet breakfast and special diet menus. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we appreciated the free airport shuttle and room amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries.
