We loved our stay at this place! It's located close to many stores and restaurants which made our stay even better. The Chopp restaurant near by is definitely worth trying out. The staff that checked us in during the late shift were friendly and accommodating. The room had all the amenities we needed including ironing facilities and air conditioning. The bed was super comfortable and we loved the sitting area as well. The free airport shuttle was a great surprise and made our trip more convenient.

I recently stayed at the Sandman Signature Ottawa Airport Hotel for my relocation purposes. The location was excellent, with strategic amenities all around. The staff was always polite and responsive to questions. I loved the stylish architecture and decor, and the ample parking was a plus. Check-in and check-out were simple and quick, and the room was comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and sitting area with a fold-out couch. The hotel was brand new, very clean, and modern. The pet-friendly policy was also appreciated, and the staff was very nice. There were lots of food choices in the same parking lot, including Mandarin, Jack Astor's, and Baton Rouge.

The value for money at Sandman was great - the room was spotless, the mattress was soft, and the sheets were incredibly soft. The location was perfect with plenty of food options nearby, and the staff were always polite and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The one bedroom suite with a small kitchenette was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The hotel was very clean and well organized. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved that dogs were welcomed and our pooch received treats and cuddles at the reception. The hotel also provided a goodie bag for our toddlers. The lobby was amazing in architecture and interior design, making a great first impression. The rooms were nicely designed and made us feel happy to be there. The bathrooms were exquisite with marble tiles and a rain shower. Complimentary robes were provided and they were the softest ever. The staff were very helpful, providing us with toothpaste and a toothbrush when we forgot ours. this hotel made us feel like we were living in luxury.

The room at Sandman Signature was lovely with comfortable beds, and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The free parking was definitely a plus. The location was also great for catching an early morning flight. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay at a conveniently located hotel close to the airport with friendly staff and interesting decor. The beds were comfortable with beautiful bathrooms equipped with dual shower heads. The hotel had an excellent pool and provided a taxi voucher when the shuttle service was unavailable.

The Wi-Fi was not consistent and often required log in.

My stay at Sandman was amazing! The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was spacious. I was initially worried about the location near the shopping center, but it was not a problem at all. The receptionists were very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ottawa.

The location, décor, and cleanliness were all fantastic. The food and service at Chop restaurant was also fantastic, thanks to our server Nigel.
