The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and the service staff provided excellent service. the indoor pool facility was a hit with our kids, they absolutely loved it. the room we stayed in was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel like valued guests.

There were some aspects of our stay that were less than ideal. the noise levels were quite high, from the loud fan in the room to the noise from the casino below and the thin walls that let in outside noise and hallway chatter.

I recently stayed at the Resort & Casino in Red Deer for a weekend getaway. The deal I got was amazing - great value for my money! The club room breakfast and happy hour were top-notch, offering a generous selection and high quality. The R&R Grill was a standout, with wonderful service and delicious gluten-friendly options. The hotel complex had multiple dining and drinking establishments, and my room was comfortable, cool, and impeccably clean. The staff showed great compassion when I was sick, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The front desk staff greeted us warmly and Steven provided exceptional customer service during check-in. The Club Lounge was a nice bonus, offering a peaceful atmosphere and delicious appetizers. The breakfast, which I didn't expect to be included, was a pleasant surprise and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The pet-friendly feature was also a great perk.

Located near the conference center and the hockey arena, making it convenient for events. Also, there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was modern and clean, and the customer service was outstanding.

The hotel needs to undergo renovation as it is outdated and some facilities are broken or not working properly.

The facilities were top-notch with a fantastic chef-prepared breakfast and complimentary drinks in the evening. It was great for us as friends who enjoy going out at night.

The traditional rooms were in poor condition and had a unpleasant smell. It would have been better if they discontinued them.

This hotel provides excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is noteworthy. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet area close to shopping areas, making it convenient for exploring the surroundings. The service from the staff is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff members. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a working airconditioner, microwave, and fridge, make the stay comfortable and convenient. The fact that breakfast is included adds even more value to the overall experience.

The hot and cold water faucet in the shower may need some upgrading, but apart from that, everything was alright.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of town, with many amenities and restaurants nearby. The lobby and restaurant on the main floor were nicely decorated and inviting. Ample, free parking was available.

Got two complimentary drinks at arrival and a welcome pack. the location was convenient since it had easy access to the main highways. the view from the room was breathtaking and the bathroom was clean and well-appointed.

The Christmas dinner was a disaster. the kitchen seemed incapable of fulfilling orders, and the waitstaff didn't seem to care.
