Spacious, clean rooms with amazing city view and balcony. Polite and genuine staff, especially doormen. Comfortable bedding with plenty of soft pillows. The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute change in plans and provided excellent service. Ideal for families with a 2-bedroom suite to recover from jet lag.

The hotel location was convenient, close to the main shops and within walking distance of the harbor. The view from the room was impressive, and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the 25th-floor lounge provided good snacks and breakfast.

The pool and fitness center were in disrepair, with dirty machines and full of toddlers.

Enjoyed the spacious room with comfortable beds. Loved the pool and bathrobes offered. Location was perfect for exploring downtown and late night eateries. I would recommend Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The bedding was comfortable, with four soft pillows per king-sized bed. The room was clean, well-kept, and had a great view. The hotel is located in an adjacent repurposed office building, which provided easy access to many areas of interest in the city, including the ferry for Granville Island.

There are numerous great restaurants within a few steps of the hotel, making it easy to find delicious meals. The staff was extremely professional and easy to work with, ensuring that any issues or concerns were quickly and satisfactorily resolved. The room I stayed in was not only spacious and clean, but also provided stunning views of the city, the mountains, and the sea.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a fantastic time. The location was right in the center of bustling downtown, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff was very friendly and more than willing to help with any request. I particularly enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. In addition, the room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, in-room safe and tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant served excellent food and the bar area was perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Nothing not to love.

We recently stayed in a hotel for a family wedding and enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese tray sent to our room by the assistant manager. the hotel was located in a prime spot, and it was easy to walk to several attractions and restaurants. We also took advantage of the happy hour from 2 pm to 5 pm, which was a great deal.

Service at the hotel was hit or miss. Sometimes breakfast service was slow, and the Wi-Fi was weak, which meant we had to keep logging in.

Great downtown location, close to many restaurants and attractions. the room was spacious and comfortable.

There was also a lot of noise from the room below us, which made it difficult to sleep. not a great experience.

The rooms at this hotel were in great shape and had stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. the front desk staff were consistently helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to downtown attractions and the option to go on a morning run to Stanley Park. We also enjoyed the onsite gym and indoor pool, which was nicely heated.

We were not happy with a few aspects of our stay. we were disappointed that the hotel did not explain that breakfast was included in our package.

We stayed at the Sheraton Wall Centre for a few nights before our cruise. The newly renovated North tower had a modern look and our room had a superb view. The staff in the South tower were kind enough to send up complimentary wine after our harrowing day. The location was excellent, with lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. We were able to easily walk to the port for our cruise. The hotel had a courtyard area for parking, making check-in and out feel safe. The breakfast buffet was great and I loved that there were plenty of elevators. Highly recommended!
