The owner was kind and friendly, offering assistance with parking. The room was spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and large windows. The location was excellent, with shops and restaurants nearby. There was a good coffee shop down the street and a fantastic restaurant across the street. The continental breakfast included fresh croissants, yogurt, fruit, and espresso/lattes. The staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was available.

The inn is perfectly located in the center of town, close to everything we wanted to see. We had a lovely room with a comfortable bed and a view of the harbor. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, offering suggestions for restaurants and vegan options. The inn also had an elevator, which was convenient for our luggage.

The access from the street to the inn was a bit difficult when carrying suitcases.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Additionally, there are multiple restaurants within walking distance, providing a variety of dining options.

The entrance to the hotel can be difficult to locate, especially at night when it's dark and tired guests may struggle to find it among the storefronts on both sides of the street.

Great location for exploring Cape Breton, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, eco-friendly amenities, free and reliable wifi, elevator for people with reduced mobility.

Loved our double room with a balcony, even though we couldn't use it due to bad weather. The beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel’s central location and nearby parking lot were very convenient. The obliging and pleasant staff made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with very comfy beds. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to downtown and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. the staff was courteous and helpful.

The breakfast should have been complimentary, even though there was a discount coupon provided. the walls in the sitting areas were quite thin, making it difficult to have private conversations if others were present.

Conveniently located and friendly staff

I loved staying at a charming fishing village by the ocean. Although the balcony didn't have a view due to the eatery next door, I enjoyed walking on the nearby boardwalk and seeing the Bluenose ship. Despite a few minor inconveniences like limited parking and some noise issues, overall I had a memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this inn for its great location and welcoming staff.

Great Value & Friendly Staff. the room was worth every penny and the location couldn’t have been better. Plus, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. they offered us complimentary drinks and breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. We also loved the fact that we were able to easily explore the city and all its attractions.

The staff were incredibly helpful, even letting us use their utility sink to clean our muddy shoes. The inn was situated near the harbor, restaurants, and shops. I loved this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring everything in town, just up a hill but still within walking distance to everywhere. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, and they even gave me a welcome drink when I arrived. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The soundproofed rooms made for a peaceful night's sleep.

I would recommend this place to everyone! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay.
