I was able to explore the inner city area with ease, as everything was within walking distance. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with staff members who were friendly and accommodating. I was impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms, from the marble bathrooms with floor heating to the comfortable king size bed. The room amenities were excellent, including the automatic drapes, complimentary water bottles, and even classical music playing upon entering. The modern decoration added a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

We loved the fabulous bathroom with heated floors and rails, comfy bed, and luxury furniture. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even surprising us with delicious chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. The room design was great with a separate dressing area and coffee/bar area. The location was fantastic with shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including a luxurious room and a Chinese restaurant that was absolutely amazing.

The hotel was conveniently located near the city's main attractions and had easy access to public transportation. the staff was kind and accommodating, providing us with a free room upgrade and allowing us to check, in and park early. Additionally, the hotel was clean and well, maintained, providing a comfortable and spacious room with ample closet space.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the pool and hot tub were out of order, which was disappointing.

Everything is located centrally, close to many attractions. Bathroom and toiletries provided were of ample size. Room layout was superb- dressing area and bathroom were separated from the bedroom providing a clean aesthetic. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Very comfortable bed provided an excellent night's sleep.

We stayed at Soho for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. The suite had stunning views of the CN Tower and a bathroom fit for royalty. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The staff were welcoming and even sent us delicious chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. The room was clean, comfy, and had a great mini bar selection. Can't wait to come back to Soho!
