Enjoyed a convenient 3-day stay at a centrally-located bed & breakfast just steps from the subway station. The staff was helpful and the "no-shoes" policy was a nice touch. Although there was some occasional street noise, it didn't bother me much. I would recommend this place for its location and amenities.

I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea, as well as the fridge in the room for storing my belongings. Despite some noise from the metro and nearby cafes, it was reasonably quiet, and I had a comfortable stay.

The room I stayed in was bright and spacious, with oversized windows and a comfortable large bed. The ensuite washroom was clean and nicely renovated, providing all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel was superb, right next to the Spadina metro station and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the University of Toronto campus.
