We enjoyed our stay here for 2 nights. The service from the staff was great, especially Joseph who was excellent. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the convention center, shopping centers, and the waterfront bus and skytrain station. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold options.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It was also very convenient for getting to the cruise terminal and the cruise ship. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were excellent. Parking was hassle-free, and transportation options were easily accessible. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking Coal Harbour. The staff, especially Steph at the Showcase restaurant, provided exceptional service and made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel had incredible views of the harbor and mountains. the location was great, with everything within walking distance. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.

We mentioned the issue to the staff upon check-out, but it wasn't resolved. the hotel charged us twice for the room, even though we were present.

The hotel staff, including Mathias and Kyle, were extremely understanding and accommodating, making us feel privileged.

our overnight stay at the marriott was fantastic. after a tiring day, the breathtaking view of the harbour and city from our room on the 28th floor was amazing. the clean and almost empty swimming pool was a perfect way to unwind. the friendly staff made our time even more enjoyable.

Great location near the ferry. Quiet rooms. Helpful and welcoming staff. Excellent food and bar service. Convenient access to taxis.

The hotel is perfectly located in the Coal Harbour neighborhood, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and stunning views of the water and Stanley Park. The separate tub and shower in the bathroom add an elegant touch. The staff is accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure an early check-in.

One negative aspect was the slow and hard-closing elevators, which could be a minor inconvenience.

We were delighted with our stay at the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade to a stunning corner room on the 26th floor, courtesy of my girlfriend's platinum status. The breathtaking views of the harbor from our room were worth every penny.

The only downside was the additional charge for Wi-Fi access, which we found to be an unnecessary inconvenience. Nevertheless, this minor setback did not overshadow our overall enjoyable experience.

We had a great stay here! First off, the location was perfect; it’s close to many attractions and everything we needed was just a short walk away. We also appreciated the great service we received from all staff members; they were friendly and accommodating. The room was well-equipped and had everything we needed such as ironing facilities and a safe for our valuables. The restaurant offered excellent meals, and we enjoyed the happy hour. we were very impressed with this venue!

Families looking for a comfortable stay should definitely consider staying here.

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott in Vancouver. The staff was kind and considerate, making my time there enjoyable. The room was clean, safe, and had a peaceful atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had nice, strong pressure. The view from my 30th-floor room was beautiful, showcasing the city and harbor. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of everything I needed and with convenient parking on-site. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance. Thank you!

Excellent service and accommodation for our unexpected furry friend. They provided a complimentary room, wine, cheese, and even dog cookies. Matija was exceptional and made us feel valued. The little things like this make me loyal. highly recommend!

Great location in the heart of Vancouver, convenient for exploring the city and close to major attractions. Also, the hotel is in walking distance from the port, making it easy to access after a cruise.

The check-in process was disappointing, as the staff overlooked my request for a crib in the room, causing inconvenience and delay. Additionally, the bedside phone did not work, and there was a large hole in one of the sheets.
